CY-32 Double screw extrusion technology experimental device

I. Machine function

As one of the high and new technology of modern food project, extrusion technology is widely applied in the research and education of university and scientific research institution, covering the processing field of grains food, snack food, feed, brewing and modified starched.

II. Equipment system composition
1) Power driven system: consist main motor and distribution box.
2) Extrusion system: consist screws, barrels and connection segment.
3) Heating system: consist of the heating ring encircled on the barrel.
4) Electrical control system: all motors speed regulation is variable frequency speed regulation. The frequency converter is Delta. Temperature control is dedicated control system with 10.5 inches true color man machine interface, which can settle and control the temperature and rotation speed and show the pressure value and working parameter of die. PLC is Delta brand.
5) Rotary cutting system: composed of rotary cutting motor, belt and rotary cutting knives.
6) Oil cooling system: forced lubrication to the gearbox.
7) Water cooling system: cooling the barrel. Can control the temperature with high precision.
8) The surface of the equipment is stainless steel.
